These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User"), and Tahweel Financial Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Tahweel," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your access to and use of the https://tahweel.io website (collectively, the "Site") and related services.
By accessing or using Tahweel.io, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Tahweel.io operates strictly as a Digital Goods E-commerce Marketplace and functions as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions.
1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Tahweel.io. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are not available to persons who are legally prohibited from receiving or holding digital goods or accessing financial services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration. To purchase Products, you will be required to create a user account. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details up‑to‑date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Verification: Registration requires mandatory email and/or mobile phone verification.
4. Vetting: Tahweel.io utilizes multi-layered fraud detection, including IP and geolocation velocity checks, to ensure secure transactions.
5. Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) & Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML). We may require you to verify your identity by providing certain information or documents (e.g., government‑issued ID, and\or proof of address) to comply with legal requirements, including anti‑money‑laundering and sanctions screening obligations. We reserve the right to decline or limit your access to the Services if you fail to satisfy these requirements. KYC Verification may take up to 72 hours.
6. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the purchase or sale of prohibited goods. You may not circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.
Digital Marketplace. Tahweel.io operates a retail marketplace offering closed‑loop digital goods, such as telecommunications recharge credits, entertainment vouchers, and gift cards (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically, typically by issuing a redemption code or activating an e‑voucher. Products may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the issuing brand or service provider.
No Cash‑Out or Open‑Loop Storage. Our Products are closed‑loop; they can be used only with the specific merchant or platform identified and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank account. Tahweel does not provide a stored‑value account, wallet or open‑loop payment instrument, and we do not hold customer funds beyond facilitating your purchase of Products. Your purchase is final once a digital code is revealed or credited to your account.
Instant Delivery. Upon successful payment, Tahweel.io will deliver the Product electronically through the Platform or by email. Delivery times are normally immediate; however, they may be delayed by network outages, supplier downtime or fraud checks. If you do not receive the Product within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.
Third‑Party Providers. Tahweel.io sources Products from authorized suppliers and aggregates them for resale. We are not the issuer of the underlying digital goods; therefore, we make no representations or warranties regarding the performance, availability or functionality of the third‑party services or platforms for which the Products are issued. Your use of any Product is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure gateways utilizing 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS) authentication.
Pricing and Availability. Prices for Products are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or other available currency options and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any Product. All sales are subject to acceptance by Tahweel.io
Transaction Limits: To mitigate risk, single-product values are capped at $300, with a daily limit of three transactions per user.
Payment Processing. Tahweel.io uses Stripe and other reputable payment service providers to process payments. You authorize Tahweel.io (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the respective payment processor's terms. Stripe may impose additional verification, risk assessment or limitations on your transaction to comply with their acceptable use policy and regulatory obligations.
Statement Descriptor. Your payment card statement will display a descriptor similar to "TAHWEEL FINANCIAL – ONLINE SHOPPING" (or an equivalent localized descriptor) so that you can identify your purchase from us.
Fraud Prevention and 3D Secure. To reduce the risk of fraud, all transactions may be subject to 3D Secure authentication or similar customer verification processes (e.g., one‑time passcodes, biometric checks). We reserve the right to decline transactions that do not pass our security or risk controls.
Order Confirmation. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your purchase. If your payment is declined or your transaction is flagged for fraud, your order may be delayed or canceled. We may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity or payment details.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or other governmental charges associated with your purchase of Products. Taxes may vary depending on your location and the type of Product purchased.
Instant Delivery: Products are 100% digital and delivered via instant electronic code directly to the User's dashboard or registered email.
No Physical Shipping: Tahweel.io does not ship physical gift cards or products.
Digital Goods Are Final. Due to the nature of digital Products, all sales are final once the Product code is delivered or revealed. Tahweel cannot and will not offer refunds or exchanges after a code or digital Product has been delivered. Please ensure that the recipient's email or account details are correct before completing your purchase.
Invalid or Inactive Codes. If a Product you receive is invalid or fails to activate, you must contact our support team within three (3) business days of delivery. We may require proof of purchase and any error messages you have encountered. If Tahweel or the supplier confirms that the code is invalid or defective, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations Prior to Delivery. You may request a cancellation and refund before the Product has been delivered. We will attempt to honor your request; however, cancellations are not guaranteed once payment is authorized.
No Cash-Out: Under no circumstances can stored value products be cashed out, refunded for fiat currency, or transferred to a bank account.
Anti‑Money‑Laundering and Sanctions Screening. Tahweel.io implements a robust AML program and sanctions screening policy. We monitor transactions and customer behavior to detect suspicious activity and to comply with international sanctions lists. You agree that we may delay or refuse transactions that we deem to present a higher risk of fraud or money laundering, or that violate sanctions laws.
Transaction Limits. To mitigate risk, Tahweel.io may impose limits on the amount you can spend per transaction or per day (e.g., typical purchase limits range from US$10 to US$300 per transaction and a maximum of three transactions per customer per day). We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Services to:

Zero Tolerance: Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, resale on unverified secondary markets, or "value cycling" will be terminated immediately.
Tahweel.io Content. The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tahweel and its licensors. The Tahweel name, logos and related marks are trademarks of Tahweel. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
User Content. When you post content (e.g., reviews, comments, forum posts) on our community platform, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Tahweel a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You are responsible for any content you post and must ensure that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
Third‑Party Copyright. You may not upload or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Suspension. We may suspend or limit your access to the Services if: (a) you violate these Terms or any applicable law; (b) we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) we are required by Stripe or another payment processor; or (d) we must comply with sanctions or law‑enforcement orders. Termination by Tahweel.io. We may terminate your account or the Services at any time for any reason, including discontinuation of our Products or Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any outstanding obligations (e.g., unpaid fees or unresolved disputes) will survive termination.
Your Right to Terminate. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings available on our platform. Termination does not affect your obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
No Warranty. The Services and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Tahweel disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement and availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahweel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Third‑Party Liability. Tahweel is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third‑party service providers, including payment processors, telecommunications carriers or the issuers of gift cards and digital goods. Any disputes regarding the underlying third‑party service must be addressed with the relevant provider.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tahweel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third‑party rights, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming. Tahweel Financial Services LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Electronic Communications. You consent to receive all notices and communications electronically. We may provide notices by email to the address associated with your account, via the Services, or by posting them on our website. Notices shall be deemed delivered when sent or posted.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tahweel and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals (oral or written) concerning the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Tahweel's prior written consent. Tahweel may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
Waiver. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Force Majeure. Tahweel shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, strikes or governmental actions.
